If you sign up as a member for Bristol Food Producers, we will collect personal information including your name and contact details in order to keep you informed about membership updates and events such as our Annual General Meeting. Newsletter

If you sign up for our monthly Opportunities Update newsletter, we collect personal information in order to be able to send you these newsletters. We do not rent, trade or sell email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use MailChimp, a third party provider to deliver our newsletter. From MailChimp we view statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies, which help us the reach of our newsletter. Data security and retention

This data will be stored securely, and we have put in place measures to prevent your personal data being lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. It will only be retained for as long as necessary for us to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. This includes legal and accounting reporting requirements.

We may also anonymise your data (ensuring if can not be used to identify you or be associated with you) in order for us to carry out statistical research, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
